2020 fully renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Galway city apartment.
Our stylish and modern home is 4 minutes walk to the Spanish Arch and Latin Quarter, and 6 minutes walk to the South Park and Claddagh where you can take in a breathtaking scenic walk to Salthill.
**Strictly no under 25s unless travelling with family** ( see other things to note). MAX 5 guests.
PLEASE NOTE: A refundable security deposit of €300 will be collected offline prior to your arrival date.
FOR MONTHLY STAYS:
We will collect a refundable security deposit of €300 plus €225 for monthly utilities and a final deep clean of €150. This will be collected offline.
Attention to detail flows throughout the home and the wrap around windows make it a bright space throughout. Open plan living and dining, comfortable recliner sofas, and Smart TV for Netflix lovers offers a relaxing and cosy atmosphere. The home is located in a quiet building, ideal for families and quiet groups looking to explore the surrounding Galway sites. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and has a breakfast bar. There is also a washer and separate dryer.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs, a king with en suite bathroom, a double room, and single room. The main bathroom is in the hall. Both bathrooms offer walk in showers, floating vanity units, and WC.

PARKING: There is no free parking at the property. There is an underground car park from the apartment building but it closes at 7pm. NOTE: this is paid parking and you must get a ticket and follow the instructions and signs from within the car park. We are not responsible for parking fines or tickets. You can park further down the road and find free parking during the day and overnight. Additional street meter parking is available all around the area and if free after 6ppm - 8.30am but please always read the signs as some meter restrictions differ.
The building has elevator access. From the elevator to the apartment is a 1 minute walk through the courtyard.
House Rules;
1. Due to strict management laws no under 25s unless you are travelling with family. This is a noise sensitive complex.
2. Over occupancy will be charged an extra person per night. Please do not bring extra guests without notifying us.
3. We do not rent to locals.
4. The home is equipped with a noise monitor, non recording. No parties ( hen, stag, reunions etc.) without prior permission.
5. The house will be setup for the number of guests stated in your booking only.
**NOISE SENSITIVE PROPERTY - STRICTLY QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10PM AND 8AM**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
