Description
Our newly refurbished home is located within a gated complex in the Galway Docklands. It is only a 3-5 minute walk to Galway's Westend, The Latin Quarter, Shop Street & Eyre Square. Parking is available to reserve in the adjacent parking garage which is fully secured. We have a virtual concierge service between 8.00am and 10.00pm so guests can rest assured that they will have any queries responded to quickly and efficiently.
About our Home
This property is spread over three floors and offers five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Please note all living areas are located on the ground floor and all bedrooms are located on the upper levels. Upon entering the home you arrive into a small hallway which leads to the open plan living area. You will be able to prepare meals in our fully equipped kitchen which has an oven,hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge plus all kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. In the living room there are large sofas that are perfect for family movie nights.
On the first floor you will find our newly renovated bathroom which has a bath tub with an overhead shower. The bathroom is equipped with a modern vanity mirror with built in lightning. There are two bedrooms on the same floor, both of which have built-in wardrobes and very comfortable beds. The first bedroom has two single beds and the second bedroom has a double bed.
The second floor is very similar to the first floor, there is one bathroom that is equipped with a step-in shower and modern vanity mirror. There are two double bedrooms that both have built-in wardrobes.
On the third floor we have the master bedroom with its own private ensuite. The bedroom is large & spacious and perfect for families that require a travel cot for young children. Within the bedroom there is a small sofa bed that can be used for additional guests on request. This room also has built-in wardrobes and is very bright due to the large velux window. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a standard shower, toilet and sink.
There is one parking space available to reserve for the duration of your stay free of charge. Should you require additional parking please let us know and we will inform you on the best options available to you.

Our home is over three floors, living spaces are on the ground floor with bedroom and bathroom are on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. Guests should be aware that they would need to use at least one set of stairs to reach a bedroom and bathroom.
What we offer our guests:
We have an excellent guest services team that are available to reply to any questions or queries you may have before, during and after your stay. Our home is equipped with high speed unlimited internet which allows you to sign in to your favorite tv services on our smart TV. Our high speed internet will also allow you to comfortably work from home should you need to.
Our guests are supplied with a starter kit of; tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cooking oil, seasonings, cleaning supplies inc. dishwasher tablets & laundry pods, toilet roll, shampoo & body wash.
We also supply hotel standard linens and towels for your stay. Should you require a linen change during your stay we can offer this service at an additional cost.
Things to note
Check-In time is from 4.00pm, Check out time is no later than 10.30am. Where possible we can allow early/late check in/out times however this is not guaranteed and by request only.
Please note that local channels are not available, only streaming services that you may have.
Parking: For large vehicles the clearance height for parking is 2.4M (8 ft). For vehicles below this height we have an allocated parking space for you within the complex.
A refundable security deposit of €400 will be collected offline prior to arrival.
Strictly over 25s unless traveling with family.
Strictly no parties allowed, this is a family home and is best suited for families and friends who are looking to explore Galway.
Noise Sensitive Property - Quiet Hours between 11pm. This building is equipped with a non-recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 11pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbors about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
Should we become aware of over occupancy, Guests will be charged for any extra person (s) per night. Please do not bring extra guests without notifying us. The home will only be set up for the number of guests on the booking.
