Our cute and cosy townhouse offers all the comfort and located you will need for a Galway city stay. There are two bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk in shower, living area, kitchen, and the bonus of a private courtyard at the back of the home....a very rare find in the city. Please note: A refundable security deposit of €200 will be collected offline 1 day prior to arrival. FOR MONTHLY STAYS: We will collect a refundable security deposit of €200 plus €200 for monthly utilities and a final deep clean of €100. This will be collected offline. The home is finished with modern design and comfortable furnishings that will make you feel right at home. On entering the home you immediately come into the living space which has seating for four and flat screen TV. To the back of the living room is the kitchen. Modern style cabinetry with oven, microwave, dishware, and cookware that you will need for your stay including a dining area. Further back again is our private courtyard. The BONUS room! Relax and chat about the days adventures. Upstairs are the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have double beds. The bathroom with walk in shower is adjacent. *BED CONFIGURATION* Bedroom 1: 1 Double (4x6) Bedroom 2: 1 Double (4x6) Our place is less than 200m to most of the top restaurants in the city. And less than 1 block to the Latin Quarter and Shop Street. Eyre Square and the train station are within a ten minute minute walk. This really is the best base for exploring Galway. PEACE OF MIND This property uses the Cloverleaf Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization. All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms,kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, tabletops,electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels. We supply linens, towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, soap, and laundry tabs. Other things to note: We do not rent to locals. We prefer the minimum age to be 25+ **NOISE SENSITIVE PROPERTY - STRICTLY QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10PM AND 8AM**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.

Here you will be able to explore the vibrant city of Galway. Our home offers a very central location with the bonus of being a traditional but not typically small Irish home. We have a virtual concierge service between 8.00am and 10.00pm so guests can rest assured that they will have any queries responded to quickly and efficiently. About the Home: Upon entering the home you arrive into the main living area. The living room is decorated to a high standard and has a unique tropical theme. You will be able to enjoy your evening’s in with our 50” flat screen Smart TV which allows you to sign into your Netflix, Prime and other streaming services. The living room has hardwood floors and a decorative fireplace. To the rear of the home is a large kitchen fully stocked with all inventory items so you can comfortably cook throughout your stay. We provide guests with a basic starter kit which includes oil, salt, pepper, seasoning, tea, coffee and milk. The kitchen consists of a oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and large fridge so is ready for guests to feel right at home with everything they need to cook their meals. There is a dining table that seats six; a good gathering area to chat, play some games, and of course dine. There is also a washer/dryer in the kitchen. We also provide the basics to enjoy your stay such as laundry detergent etc. At the rear of the property there is a small courtyard and garden, which can be accessed from the Kitchen. We like to ensure guests are aware that the property is located in a residential area with neighbour's and that we have quiet hours rule between 10pm & 8am. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The front bedroom has a 4ft double bed with plenty of storage to unpack and feel right at home. The back bedroom is much larger and has one 4ft6 double and two single beds, a wardrobe, and a dresser. There is one bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and vanity mirror. We provide a starter supply of toilet roll, body wash and shampoo. The property recently had new windows and doors fitted with triple glazing , so despite being so close to a busy road We can guarantee that the the traffic sounds ordinarily associated with such a location will not affect the comfort of your stay. If traveling with a car, parking is available on the public street and is metered / pay-per-hour. There are some parking complexes in the area that offer day / night rates however these are between a 5-10 minute walk from the property. All linens and towels are provided for your stay and should you require cleaning services / linen change during your stay this can be organised with us at an additional cost. Theres is unlimited high speed internet available throughout the home. Things to Note: 1. Check-In time is from 4.00pm, Check out time is than 10.30am. Where possible we try to accommodate an earlier check in/ later check out . Please share your travel plans with us and we will try to accommodate where possible 2. A refundable security deposit of €300 will be collected offline prior to arrival. 3. Strictly over 25s unless traveling with family. 4.
